Suitable for: people of any age, ability or fitness level who are not significantly restricted by pre-existing conditions, looking for a great way to experience the many benefits of Pilates exercise. Classes are divided into 2 different ability levels.
In Viva BodyStrength’s Pilates classes for Health and Well Being, you are trained to use your muscles with minimum effort and maximum effect using a unique set of exercises in progressively more challenging positions and with innovative exercise equipment. You will feel an improvement in your posture and in your ability to maintain this good posture throughout the day. You will learn to focus on correct breathing and movement patterns not only in the exercise class, but, importantly, in your everyday activities. As your general strength, flexibility and coordination also improve, you will start to feel more freedom in your body movement and more awareness of how your body moves.
